runup is an independent screener for Solana tokens. By using the site, or by paying for a product on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the paid features.

1. What runup is

runup shows market data (prices, volume, charts, holders) collected from third-party sources. It is for information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any token. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Always do your own research. runup is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any launchpad, exchange or token project.

2. Paid products

• Boost: a pack of 10, 30, 50, 100 or 500 boosts. Each pack is active for 24 hours after approval and packs stack. Boosts add a badge next to the token and move enhanced tokens up the Leaderboard. They do not change prices, charts or the organic Trending, Gainers, New and Volume tabs.
• Enhanced token info: a banner, description and links on the token's page and a place on the Leaderboard for 30 days after approval.

Prices are shown in SOL on the Advertise page and on your payment page. You pay the exact amount shown, in one transfer, to the wallet shown, within the time limit on the payment page. Amounts differ slightly per order on purpose, so that the payment can be matched to your order.

We do not promise any result from a boost or listing, such as more views, buyers or a higher price. A paid placement is advertising, not an endorsement of the token.

3. Review and approval

Nothing goes live automatically. After your payment is found on the Solana blockchain, the order is reviewed by the owner and approved or rejected. We may reject, edit, hide or remove any listing, banner or description at any time, for example if it is misleading, a scam or impersonation, unlawful, offensive, infringes someone's rights, links to harmful sites or breaks these terms. You are responsible for everything you upload and link to, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.

4. Payments, refunds and mistakes

• Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us or anyone else. Payments are final once an order is approved and live.
• If we reject an order that you paid for, we refund the amount you paid (minus network fees) to the wallet that sent it, as long as you ask us within 14 days and the sending wallet is one you control.
• If an order is removed after it went live because you broke these terms, there is no refund.
• If the order is removed or fails because of a fault on our side, we will fix it, extend it or refund it.
• If you send the wrong amount, send after the time limit, or send from an exchange that hides the sender, we may not be able to match the payment automatically. Contact us with your order link and the transaction signature and we will look at it. We cannot promise to recover payments sent to the wrong address.
• Payment links are private. Anyone who has your link can see the order. Do not share it.

Network fees are paid by you. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

5. Availability and data accuracy

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties. It may be slow, interrupted or changed at any time, including the products and prices.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, runup and its owner are not liable for any losses from trading or from decisions made using the site, for third-party data or links, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for a paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site: no automated flooding, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break in or bypass limits, fake orders, or uploads that are illegal or harmful. We may block access for abuse.

8. Changes and contact
