This explains what runup stores and which services it uses. We keep it small: there are no accounts, no wallet connection to browse the site, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies.

What we store

• Orders: when you buy a boost or enhanced token info we store the token address, the product, the amount and the time, a private order code, the status, and, once you pay, the public transaction signature. If you buy enhanced info we also store the banner, description and links you give us. Blockchain data is public by nature.
• Uploaded images: banners you upload are stored on our server and shown on the site only after approval.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed temporarily in memory to limit abuse (rate limits) and may appear in the host's technical logs. Failed owner log-in attempts are logged with the IP address.
• In your browser: the site saves small things on your device, such as your watchlist, your remembered payment links, chart settings and cached chart data. You can clear them in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not ask for your name, email or a wallet connection to use the site, and we never ask for or store seed phrases or private keys. Never share a seed phrase with anyone, including us. Pay with Phantom only asks your wallet to sign a transfer, which you approve in the wallet yourself.

Why we use it

To process and verify your order, show approved listings, keep the service secure and fair, and answer your questions. For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK the legal bases are performing a contract (orders) and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed to handle payments, refunds and disputes, and for accounting duties where they apply. Expired listings and unpaid orders may be deleted at any time. You can ask us to delete uploaded content that is no longer live.

Services the site uses

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): your browser loads the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details.
• GeckoTerminal (api.geckoterminal.com): your browser loads chart data directly from GeckoTerminal for speed, so GeckoTerminal receives your IP address and the token you are viewing.
• Market data and the Solana network: our server requests token data from services such as GeckoTerminal, DexScreener, DexPaprika, Birdeye, CoinGecko and Moralis, and reads the Solana blockchain through an RPC provider (such as Helius) to show holders and to check payments. These requests contain token or wallet addresses, not your personal details.
• Hosting and network: our host and a CDN or security provider such as Cloudflare process requests to deliver the site and may log technical data.
• Images: token images and banners may be loaded from their own addresses, which then see your IP address.

These providers have their own privacy policies. Some may process data outside your country.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of data we hold about you, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold little data that identifies you, we may ask for your order link or transaction signature to find your records. Use the contact below.
